*Start at 3 reps, increase by 1 each minute
Continue adding 1 rep each minute until you can not complete the required reps within the minute.

Buy in: 21-15-9 reps of:
Deadlifts (increasing weight)
Weights – 100/70, 115/80, 130/90
In time remaining, MAX Squat Cleans 60/40

The deadlift weights should be challenging and done in sets of 2-3. Choose a rep scheme that will work for you.
You should aim to have at least 2-minutes on the Squat Cleans.
