3 workouts released over 3 weeks – Rx, Scaled, and Foundations so everyone will be able to play!
Super Saturday every session from 8:30am – 11am for everyone to get together and do the workout as a community

Strength
Metcon (3 Rounds for reps)
“Three Wise Men”
3 x AMRAP 3:00, rest 3:00 b/w
3 Power Cleans
3 Front Squats
3 Push Jerks
Weights- 50%, 60%, 70% of 1RM C+J
In the early sets, best bet is to Touch n Go the Power Cleans. As the weights get heavier, go to singles.
Do not break up the Front Squats or Push Jerks, for obvious reasons 😉

The intention of this workout is a gassy finisher to complement the barbell work earlier.
Run at a steady but fast pace, go unbroken on the Air Squats and break up the Push Ups where needed.
Scaling for Push Ups = 1 abmat, 2 abmats, etc. Avoid doing Knee push ups.
