6 Power Cleans 60/40
Sub Double Unders for 12/9 Calorie Row or Bike if you don’t have a rope.
Aim for 7-8+ rounds completed.
Double Unders and Burpees should be managed at a comfortable but fast pace.
Power Cleans should be done, if not unbroken, in no more than 2 sets
