Minimum 80% across all sets.
Pause 2sec @ bottom of Squat
Go every 2:00
Metcon (AMRAP – Rounds and Reps)
50 Bar Facing Burpees
50 Overhead Squats 42.5/30
40 Abmat Sit Ups
40 Hang Power Snatch 42.5/30
30 Chest to Bar Pull Ups
30 Squat Snatch 42.5/30
Start with a conservative pace on the Burpees so that they don’t ruin the whole workout for you.
On each barbell movement, aim for big chunks of unbroken reps that will still allow for consistency.
Goal- In to or finished the 2nd round of Burpees.
