Go as heavy as possible to allow you to do 20 reps unbroken. Make this hurt 😉
1b: Ring Rows (4 x 20, unbroken)
Make these as hard as possible to get all 20 reps
Metcon (AMRAP – Reps)
3 x AMRAP 4:00, Rest 2:00 b/w
27 Hang Power Cleans (decreasing weight)
21 Shoulder to Overhead (decreasing weight)
Weights – 50/35, 40/30, 30/25
Score is total reps complete.
It SHOULD be a hard challenge to get a full round complete, especially at the start.
Don’t be scared to go heavier than you normally would with the barbell, and see how you go!
