Strength/Skill – EMOM
Metcon (No Measure)
1- 5-10 Strict HSPU
2- 2 Power Snatch 75%
3- 15/12 Calorie Row / Bike
Aim for consistency in HSPU – scale accordingly to reach to rep range.
Power Snatches done in singles w/ 10sec rest b/w reps.
Sprint the calorie/bike row
30 Power Snatches @ 60%
* Do 1 rep every 6, 7, 8, or 9 seconds
**Choose a time and stick to it
Intention of this workout is to practise pacing and rhythm for Snatches.
Choose your pace and be disciplined to stick with it – do not walk away from the bar.
Eg 1 Power Snatch every 7 seconds = 3min 30sec total
