Super Saturday every session from 8:30am – 11am for everyone to get together and do the workout as a community

Complete as a superset, resting 1:30 b/w sets
1a: Strict Chin Ups (5 x max reps)
Aim for 8+ reps
Scale as needed.
1b: Ring Rows (5 x 12-15)
Fast reps.
Metcon

50 Deadlifts 102.5/70
50 Bar Facing Burpees
1200m Run
Choose a rep scheme on the deadlifts and be deliberate in when you break them up. Eg- sets of 5 or 10.
Stick to a rhythm and pace on the Burpees – try to the do them unbroken!
Push hard on the run, leave no gas in the tank.
