20 Hang Squat Cleans 40/30
10 Ring Dips
This workout is all about developing stamina in the legs. The 20 hang squat cleans will be tough – do big sets!
The combination of HSPU and Ring Dips will be taxing for the shoulders, be smart about how you break the reps up.
