3 workouts released over 3 weeks – Rx, Scaled, and Foundations so everyone will be able to play!
Super Saturday every session from 8:30am – 11am for everyone to get together and do the workout as a community

Strength/Skill – EMOM
EMOM 12:00, alternating between 1A and 1B
1a: Back Rack Lunge (5 reps / side)
RX’d: 60/42.5 – 70/50kg
Scaled: 42.5/30 – 52.5/35
1b: High Box Jumps (3 reps, as high as possible)
Do not jump down.
Metcon (AMRAP – Rounds and Reps)
21 Pull Ups
15 Box Jump Overs 24/20
9 Devil’s Press 2x 22.5/15
Try to hold on for bigger sets on the Pull Ups – if not unbroken.
Keep a steady pace on the BJO to maintain HR and not red line.
Break up Devil’s Press in to 2 sets if needed, but challenge yourself with the DB weight.
