Front Squat (3×3 80-85%1RM)
– These will be quite heavy, so focus on a tight mid-section throughout the whole lift. This is particularly important when front squatting because the weight will naturally fall forward if we do not brace our core.
– Take your time to take a big breath out and in at the top of each rep.

3 Rounds For Time (Teams of 2):
30 Box Jump Overs @24/20″, alternate every 5 reps
10 Rope climbs, alternating each rep
10 Strict HSPU (at the same time, not synchro)
* every 90 seconds both partners complete 1 deadlift @140/100kg
– This workout is celebrating Ash. We are celebrating the movements that she has worked so hard to master (rope climbs and strict HSPU) and throwing in a heavy barbell. I think we all know that Ash loves a heavy barbell, almost as much as Jacob Heppner.
-The twist in this WOD is to jump over the whole box (only if able – be safe)
