L1: Handstand Hold (20 Second HS Hold)
1. Hold against the wall = 1min
2. Hold against the wall while trying to push off the wall and balance occasionally = 1min
3. Hold freestanding = 20secs
4. Handstand walk
L2: Handstand Walk (5-10m)
5 Rounds for Time:
20 DB Deadlifts @22.5/15kg
65 Double Unders
– Do not cycle the DB’s too fast and aim to focus on being relaxed as possible on the SHSPU.
– Make the SHSPU difficult, there are only 10 reps per round.
– A good split time for most people will be about 3 minutes per round.
