– score = least amount of reps in one of the 5 AMRAPS
– No rest between AMRAP’s
– Pacing notes: Move at a pace that is repeatable each round. You should finish the last round feeling like you could have done one more round at the same pace.
– Move at a 100 Burpees for time pace on the burpee segment.
