-This is adding more reps and rounds than when we previously did this, aim to hit the same reps each round.
L2: Metcon (AMRAP – Reps)

-Score = total TTB reps completed
L1&L2: Squat Snatch (Work up to a 5RM)
-Warm up with 3 Rounds: 3 behind the neck push jerks + 3x pressing snatch balance + 3x snatch balance. The purpose of this is to develop overhead stability + solid catch position. This warm up is included in the 17mins.
L1&L2: Metcon (Time)
