EMOM for 10 Minutes
Toes-To-Bar (7-12 )
– Choose a number of reps that you can sustain over the 10 minutes.
5 Rounds for Time:
13 KBS @24/16kg
– Time to practice pacing. Do not aim to go as fast as you can. Rather aim for a certain time to complete each round in.
– Similar to Fran but with more reps. This doesn’t mean that it is as hard as Fran, it just changes the stimulus (lower intensity)
– Aim to choose a weight on the barbell that will allow you to complete the reps in no more than 2 sets.
