– A big focus should be on bracing your core as tight as possible, especially on that last rep!

*Complete 5 Bar Facing Burpees between each movement
-Skill test under fatigue (this will be a benchmark, so do not forget to log score 😊
– Aim to be smart in this workout. Pick a number of pull ups and HSPU that are manageable at the start and then push the pace once you get closer to the end. A good goal to have is to complete the 9 reps of each movement unbroken.
