EMOM for 7 Minutes
Metcon (AMRAP – Reps)
15 Second Hollow Hold
– Choose an amount of TTB that will be sustainable for the whole 7 minutes. Probably less than you think. This will test your core endurance rather than your grip on T2B.
– score = total TTB
Power Clean and Jerk (3×8)
– We completed this a couple of weeks ago. Aim to either: move the barbell faster/more efficiently OR at a heavier weight.
Metcon (AMRAP – Rounds and Reps)
AMRAP In 9mins:
9 Wall Balls @30/20lb
18 DB Box Step Overs @2×15/2x10kg
– Use a heavier wall ball than usual
– Aim to complete each movement as unbroken as possible. It will get hard but you probably will not fail.
