– This should be relatively light. Some people will almost be able to do 50 reps in 1 set.
Metcon (AMRAP – Reps)
Every 4 Minutes for 20 Minutes:
40 Double Unders
14 Power Snatch @40/30kg
• Increase the number of Power Snatches by 3 Reps per round
– If you do not complete the number of power snatch in the time window, do not increase the number of reps for the next round.
– Score = total power snatch
