Every Two Minutes for Ten Minutes
Clean and Push Press (3 Clean + 3 Push Press @70-75%1RM)
– 3 cleans; then, 3 push presses
– This is tech work.
– For some people, the percentages will be perfect. If you have a higher 1RM, it will be more difficult to complete the sets for the amount of reps prescribed (adjust as needed)
– Work from your push press 1RM
For Time (15min cap):
120m BW Lunges
30 KB Swings @32/24kg
– When you do different types of WOD’s you generally use different gears at different points in the workout to adjust to movements, heart rate etc. In this workout, aim to pick a gear and just keep moving. Once you get to that KB challenge yourself to go unbroken (fight against the voice in your head saying otherwise).
