-Based off snatch 1RM, not deadlift.
– Similar to two weeks ago, but adding in an extra rep, aim to increase or maintain the weight
– 3 Second Eccentric
2 Rounds For Time:
40 Wall Balls @20/14lb
20 CTB Pull Ups
100 Double Unders
-Rest 3mins between rounds
– The rest between rounds is a chance to recover. EITHER go out as fast as you can and try to match it in the second round OR aim to move faster in the second round.
