Back Squat (4×3 @85-90%)
– Increasing by one set this week. Aim to move fast and well. Expect some sort of squat test next week!
Hang Power Snatch (Every 90 seconds for 9mins: [email protected]%1RM)
– These should be light.
– Reset at the hip after each rep.
– Focus on keeping tension through your legs throughout the whole lift.
21-15-9 reps for time (11min cap):
DB Snatch, alternating every rep @30/22.5kg
– This is a sprint.
– Your lockout strength endurance will be tested, but we have been working on it a lot – see how it goes.
– The DB weight is heavier than normal – challenge yourselves
