*Continuing from our Deadlifts last Saturday, try to go a little heavier for today’s Triple.
L1&2: Deadlift (3×6)
*These are to be completed as Deadstop Deadlifts to focus on the pull from the ground.
*Drop the weight to 50% of what you used in the first part for these sets
L1&2: Metcon (No Measure)
12 Air Squats + 6 Hang Power Snatch + 3 HSPU
Hang Power Snatch Weight = 35/25
*This workout will really test your mental fortitude to be able to complete all the reps within the same minute across 25-minutes. Push hard and see what you’re capable of.
*If you can’t complete all the work within the minute, continue as an AMRAP
