L1&2: Bench Press (5×5)
*Leave 1-2 reps in the tank each set.
*Superset with Banded Tricep Pushdowns
*The addition of the Tricep Pushdowns will tax the arms, so be careful about the weight you use for this exercise.
L1&2: Banded Tricep Pushdowns (5x max reps)
*Speed reps, aiming to continue the whole 30-seconds. We’re chasing a solid arm pump/burn here so don’t pick a band that is too heavy which will cause you to rest.
L1&2: Metcon (AMRAP – Reps)
16 KB Swings 24/16
8 Toes to Bar
*GRIP! GRIP! GRIP!
This workout will develop your grip strength and endurance.
*Break up the reps from the start before this cooks out the forearms making holding the KB or the bar impossible!
