Toes-To-Bar (7 reps)
– The first few sets may feel easy, but it is a total of 70 reps, it will get hard.
– Aim to do big sets and get it done as quickly as possible.
Power Clean and Jerk (3×8)
-Complete these reps as touch and go
-Try to focus on moving the barbell through the sets of 8 quickly to induce a metabolic stimulus – this will transfer to cycling in a WOD.
2 Rounds For Time:
20 DB Snatch, alternating every rep @22.5/15kg
– This is a short and sharp workout. Your time/pace will be primarily dictated by your HSPU capacity. Choose a scaling option/rep breakdown on the HSPU suitable to your WOD focus (intensity/skill practice/overloading HSPU).
